Rooted in research and lived experience from the Arctic, the talk about sustainability has life into it and the results are clear. From climate justice and geopolitics to leadership and innovation, the journey is about walking the talk.

Grounded in sustainable leadership and Arctic expertise, the work brings together research, governance, and hands-on experience to tackle today’s climate challenges. As the first Norwegian-Pakistani to specialize in Arctic studies with a focus on atmospheric physics, climatology, and geopolitics, more than a decade of experience has been dedicated to turning knowledge into measurable impact across renewable energy, ESG, circular economy, and climate justice.

Impact is driven through governance, advisory, and board-level leadership, where systemic sustainability initiatives are designed, shaped, and implemented. National campaigns and substantial projects have engaged more than 500,000 people in Norway alone, while ventures developed within this framework have fostered new concepts in sustainable business and green value creation.

First-hand experience of climate change’s consequences — such as the devastating floods in Pakistan in 2022 — anchors this work in lived reality. This ensures that solutions are both globally informed and locally grounded, bridging the Arctic with frontline communities most affected by climate injustice. From climate delegations and keynote stages to grassroots engagement, the approach consistently connects knowledge with action.

Recognition has followed both nationally and internationally. Repeatedly nominated for environmental and climate awards, and honored with a permanent “climate justice” pillar at the Norwegian Museum of Science and Technology’s energy exhibition, this work is recognized for pioneering efforts in linking science, strategy, and governance.

At its core, the mission is clear: to advance renewable energy, strengthen ESG practice, embed circular economy principles, and drive systemic change that aligns growth with responsibility and justice. By bringing together business, governments, and society, the work continues to build the bridges necessary for a more sustainable and equitable future.

Firmly believing that strategic investments and projects — nationally and internationally — can drive meaningful change, this work actively engages in green tech, AI, and sustainable initiatives, leveraging leadership, investment, and expertise to create lasting impact.
